Arcdyn offers free Ground Shipping to all customers in the Continental US. Usually this is UPS Ground, but is ultimately at the discretion of Arcdyn unless requested by the customer.
Order Processing Time
Orders must be placed before 3:00pm EST to ship the same business day (exceptions may apply).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, usually no more than 1 business day.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment, an Arcdyn representative will reach out via phone once the order is placed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Customer assumes payment for 3-Day, Second Day, or Overnight shipments. Shipping costs are displayed at Checkout.
Orders placed after 3:00pm may be held until the next business day. Please contact an Arcdyn representative at 855-272-6682 after this cutoff to see if same-day processing is possible.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Customer will be supplied with a tracking number as soon as the label is made. Special order products drop-shipped from sister warehouses may not send an auto-generated email. If you do not receive tracking for an order by the end of the following business day, please contact an Arcdyn representative at 855-272-6682 if we have not contacted you already.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Arcdyn is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Arcdyn is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
