Shipping & Delivery

All orders placed before 3pm will ship the same day (exceptions may apply). Every order with Arcdyn will ship for free via ground shipping. We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS as our preferred shipping partners. For our free shipping option, we will ship your order using one of these carriers at our discretion. If you prefer to select a specific carrier or shipping method you may incur the cost for shipment.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We will gladly accept both returns and exchanges.

Warranty Information

All Arcdyn Cameras and Recorders have a 3 Year Limited Warranty.
All Platinum Tools® hand tools and tool kits have a 1 Year Warranty through the manufacturer. All replacement blades and connectors have a 90 Day Warranty through the manufacturer.

Returns

You may return any equipment you purchase from Arcdyn within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means, no scuffs or noticeable marks, It must be in the original, complete and undamaged packaging.
To obtain an RMA #, please email support@arcdyn.com and include your order # as proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
  • Product with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If it has been 3-5 business days since receiving confirmation of your refund from Arcdyn and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at rma@arcdyn.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are found defective within the warranty period. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@arcdyn.com to obtain an RMA Number. Once you have received your RMA# and Documentation, then send your item(s) with RMA documentation to: Ardyn, Inc. ATTN: RMA Dept. 1370 Tunnel Road, Asheville, North Carolina 28805 United States. Any items shipped to us without first obtaining an RMA or missing RMA documentation will be returned to the customer.

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us at support@arcdyn.com to obtain an RMA number. Then mail your product to: Ardyn, Inc. (attn. RMA Dept.) 1370 Tunnel Rd, , Asheville, North Carolina 28805 United States.
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

That is why we've adopted appropriate data collection, storage, processing practices, and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.
